Crush chokecherries.
Cover the chokecherries with a mixture of:
1 part Blueberry Balsamic
1 part water
Let this stand for 3 days. Then put in a large pot and bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the liquid through a cheesecloth.
Mix with this ratio:
1 c. juice
1 c. sugar
Bring to a boil again and then pour into sterilized jars and seal with lids.
To make into juice, mix:
3-4 Tbsp. chokecherry concentrate
1 c. water or sparkling water.
It is a refreshing drink.
