Chokecherry Jelly

3 1/2 c. prepared and strained
chokecherry juice
(if you are a little short you can add some water)
1/2 c. Blueberry Balsamic
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 box of Certo pectin
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. butter (helps prevent excessive foaming)

Follow the directions on the Certo Box. Fill sterilized jars with cooked juice and seal. Process for 10 - 15 min in a hot water bath. Wait for the "popping" to ensure it sealed and enjoy your jelly.

Note: do not skimp on the sugar or your jelly may not set, learned the hard way...
