Chocolate Orange Olive Oil Sauce over Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients:
1/3 c. Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 c. of semi-sweet chocolate chips
pinch of salt

Instructions:

Pour Blood Orange Olive Oil into a small pot over low heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until it smooth. Taste and then salt as desired. The sauce keeps well in the fridge and reheats easily.
