Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread, sliced
6 Tbsp. chocolate hazelnut spread
3 eggs
1 c. milk
Butter Olive Oil
2 bananas, sliced
Ingredients for Glaze:
2 Tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. icing sugar
2 Tbsp. Coconut White Balsamic
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together eggs and milk. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on one side of a slice of bread. Top the hazelnut spread with banana slices, then top with another slice of bread and press together. Dip bread into egg mixture and then flip over to coat both sides. In a frying pan on medium high heat, add Butter Olive Oil, place dipped bread into pan and fry until golden brown. Turn and fry on the other side until golden brown.
To make the glaze, mix together all three ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the French Toast and dust with icing sugar.
