Chipotle Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
2 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Chipotle Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Mango White Balsamic
2 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Chipotle Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Mango White Balsamic
Mix all ingredients, cover and shake well. Can add chopped green onion and/or chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
