4 chicken breasts (baked and chopped)
green onion, chopped fine
celery, chopped fine
water chestnuts, chopped fine
1/2 red pepper chopped fine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. softened cream cheese
cream (to thin as desired)
Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
salt and pepper, to taste
Toss the chicken, green onion, celery, water chestnuts, and red pepper together. Mix ingredients for the sauce and then stir into chicken mixture. Spread on your favorite bread or croissant and enjoy! This recipe makes a large amount and you can adjust the sauce to suit.

Note: Try out this recipe with baked cod, or canned turkey or salmon. Especially delicious as finger sandwiches for a party - or even try rolling the mixture into tortillas to make pinwheels!
