Chicken Salad (Sandwich)


4 chicken breasts (baked and chopped)
Green onion, chopped fine
Celery, chopped fine
Water chestnuts, chopped fine
1/2 red pepper chopped fine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. softened cream cheese
Cream to thin
Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste


Toss the chicken, green onion, celery, water chestnuts, and red pepper together. Mix ingredients for the sauce and then stir into chicken mixture. Spread on your favorite bread or croissant and enjoy! This recipe makes a large amount and you can adjust the sauce to suit
