Buttery Apple and Pear Spinach Salad

½ c. toasted walnuts or pecans
1/4 c. Butter Olive Oil (or try Sweet Butter Olive Oil for more caramel-like notes)
1/4 c. Smeralda Green Apple White Balsamic
1 green apple, chopped
1 ripe pear, chopped
3 c. baby spinach leaves
3 c. baby mixed greens
1 c. goat cheese, sliced (or try cubed Manchego cheese)
salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Place greens on serving plates and top with apples, pears, walnuts and cheese. Add oil and vinegar to a salad dressing bottle and shake well to combine. Pour over the salad and serve with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
