Blood Orange Vegetable Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 c. Blood Orange Olive Oil
1/4 c. of tarragon chopped very finely
1/2 c. mayonnaise (low-fat works well)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes. Serve with pea pods, carrots, spring onions, green and red peppers.
