Beer & Cider Vinegar Mop Sauce

12 oz. beer of your choice
½ c. Apple Cider Vinegar
½ c. water
½ c. Garlic Olive Oil
½ medium onion, minced
2 Tbsp. tomato paste or ketchup
2 Tbsp. Italian Herbs Balsamic
2 Tbsp. Fire in the Kitchen Rib Rub spice blend

Instructions:
Whisk ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and lower heat until reduced and somewhat thickened. *Don't over thicken as you want the sauce to repeatedly glaze the meat and build up layers over time.*

Mop over beef ribs or brisket on bbq on low or in a smoker, every 30 min. or more until meat is cooked.
