BBQ Bread Dipper

1/3 c. Garlic Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Cold Smoked Olive Oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Bourbon Maple Balsamic
1/2 c. cottage cheese (large curd, or farmer's cheese)
2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, minced
1 Tbsp. cherry or Calabrian
    chili peppers, minced
2 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
2 Tsp. Gourmet Inspirations Smoke & Spice Spice Rub
2 tsp. honey
Ciabatta, sourdough or focaccia bread, toasted
 or warmed and sliced

Drizzle the Garlic and Cold Smoked Olive Oils along with the Worcestershire sauce and Bourbon Maple Balsamic onto a plate or flat bottomed bowl. Add the cheese to the plate, spreading it out slightly for easy dipping. Sprinkle the dish with sun-dried tomatoes, chili peppers, chives, the Smoke & Spice seasoning and honey.

Serve with the toasted or warmed slices of bread, dipping, scooping - or sopping.
