Baked Brie with Black Currant Balsamic

1 sm round of Brie
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. sliced almonds, lightly toasted
Black Currant Balsamic

Preheat oven to 375F. 

Slice the top rind, neatly, off of the cheese. Sprinkle the cranberries and almonds on top of round.

Place cheese on an ovenproof dish; bake at 375F for 10 minutes, until cheese begins to melt.

Drizzle with Black Currant Balsamic.

Serve with bread, crostini or crackers.

Chef's Note: Toast the almonds and crostini yourself. Drizzle both ingredients, separately, with Blood Orange Olive Oil. Arrange on baking sheets and toast until slightly browned on edges. The Blood Orange Olive Oil complements the Black Currant Balsamic perfectly.
