Avocado and Mango Salad

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, diced
2 ripe mangos, diced
1 shallot, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. Lime Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Coconut White Balsamic
Saltwest Naturals Toasted Coconut Sea Salt
1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Place diced avocado, mango and shallots in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together, the Lime Olive Oil, the Coconut White Balsamic and the cilantro. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and sprinkle with the coconut sea salt.
