Arugula Salad

1 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1/2 tsp. SMAK DAB White Wine Herb Mustard
4 c. baby arugula
1 oz. New Bothwell Smoked Parmesan Cheese (cubed 1/4 to 1/2 inch)

In a small bowl, whisk first four ingredients. Add baby arugula to a large salad bowl, pour salad dressing over, and toss. Add Parmesan cheese and enjoy.

May add croutons for a little extra crunch.
