Antipasto Skewers

1 c. Silver & Green garlic stuffed olives
1 c. fresh mini mozzarella , drained
1 c. artichoke heart quarters, drained
4 oz. prosciutto slices
1 c. marinated sun-dried tomato slices
4 oz. Artisanal Salami, sliced
1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
3 Tbsp. Basil Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Italian Herbs Balsamic
2 tsp. Prairie Oils Sicilian Spices Spice Blend

Skewer ingredients onto cocktail sticks, sandwiching 2 - 3 leaves of basil between some of the ingredients. Once the skewers have been assembled, place them on a large plate, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic and sprinkle with seasoning. Transfer to a serving platter.
