10 chicken drumsticks (or bone-in chicken thighs)
3 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil, divided
3 Tbsp. Gourmet Inspirations Kickin' Chicken Spice Rub
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. Panko bread crumbs
Coat chicken with 1 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil. Mix spice rub, flour and panko together in a small bowl.
Place chicken in a large ziploc bag and add flour mixture. Shake to coat. Arrange on air fryer baking racks.
Use remaining 2 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil to brush over chicken. Make sure to coat as much of the floured surface area of the chicken as possible with a scant amount of the oil. Any flour surface area not coated with some oil will remain floury, not crunchy.
Air fry at 400F for 8 minutes, then turn chicken pieces and air fry for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and crispy. So delicious!
*Served with a loaded baked potato, fried mushrooms and garden salad.
**Can also bake in oven on parchment paper. Cooking time will be 12 minutes, then turn chicken pieces, and bake another 10-12 minutes.
