February was Valentine’s Day so we felt is was the perfect time to have an Everything Chocolate event. So glad Helen and Sherry from Decadence Chocolates came out and showed us how to make chocolates in a mold, spicy salted caramel sauce and chocolate ganache that we turned into truffles. Customer Appreciation Day was a success because of all our amazing customers! We really appreciate everyone that came out to help us celebrate 5 years in business! What stole the show that day was certainly the food! My word! The Maple Baked Beans we cooked up were a hit with the crowd (find the recipe here). We experienced Italy, we learnt how to say ‘Charcuterie’ (shahr-koo-tuh-ree) and brought out our beautiful Christmas gift packs at our annual event, Sneak Peek to Christmas!
