Our amazing customers even go out of their way to share with us the wonderful ways they've been cooking. Just this week, a customer gave us a very interesting baking tip. She said growing up her mom always added a splash of vinegar whenever she added baking soda to activate the baking soda. She said now she is using our balsamic in her baking whenever it calls for baking soda and people are commenting on how great the flavour is. The customer is now buying Chocolate Balsamic to put in her chocolate cake. What a great tip!
