Winkler Update: The Potatoes are Coming!

March is one of those months where the sun feels like summer and the wind feels like winter, and probably one of my least favorite months… BUT what I keep repeating in my head -- one step into March is one step closer to SUMMER!

The Winkler gals were busy during February, helping our customers celebrate the day of love, stocking up on our new 'plain' White Balsamic (it's called Bianco White Balsamic, which is kind of redundant, but you’ve gotta try it!), and helping new customers dip into some of our delicious recipes with a private tasting!

A mom's group from Plum Coulee came out to learn about our Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars. We made them bruschetta - a classic, along with a delicious fruit dip featuring our cinnamon pear balsamic! If you are looking for a way to celebrate a birthday, or a fun night out with a group of friends or family – call the store today! We love giving private tasting tours. Click here for more info on booking your own private tasting event, called "Olive Oil 101".

Potatoes are something we always had growing up in the house, however, they were almost always used for only ONE thing: mashed potatoes. Is this your story too?! Are you sick of the same ol’ potato? ME TOO!

We still have a few spots left in our “Beautiful Potato” Cooking Class on March 12th and we would love to see you there.

From comfort food to surprising twists you've never thought of before, come to this class to be treated to a Red Seal Chef's interpretation of potatoes.

And THANK YOU to The Potato Store! We are excited to be partnering with local business owners at Kroeker Farms and they are donating ALL the potatoes for this fun Cooking Class.

As of this post, there are still a few spots open! Call us at 204-331-3353 to reserve your spot!
