Wild Raspberry & Rosemary Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. whole milk
1 c. heavy whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt (just a pinch)
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 c. Rosemary Olive Oil
1/4 c. Wild Raspberry Balsamic
mint sprigs for garnish

Prepare your ice cream maker.

Add milk, whipping cream, sugar, salt, and vanilla to a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix until well combined. Add oil and vinegar and combine well. Cover refrigerate until fully chilled (1 to 2 hours or overnight).

Remove from refrigerator and whisk together until fully incorporated - skim foam off top if any.

Pour the mixture into the prepared ice cream maker bowl. Use ice cream maker to churn for 20 minutes. When finished, put the ice cream in a freezer safe container. Freeze until firm.
