Whitefish Fajitas

Ingredients:

Basa fillets
Dill Olive Oil
Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
Fire in the Kitchen Ocean Rub
tortillas
Aji Verde Sauce (link to recipe below)
Watermelon Pico de Gallo (link to recipe below)

Instructions:

Place fillets on a plate and drizzle with the Dill Olive Oil and Lemon White Balsamic. Sprinkle with Fire in the Kitchen Ocean Rub. BBQ until fish flakes easily. Serve in tortillas and top with Watermelon Pico de Gallo and Aji Verde Sauce.
