Whitefish Fajitas


Basa fillets
Dill Olive Oil
Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
Gourmet Inspirations Land and Sea Rub
Aji Verde Sauce (link to recipe below)
Watermelon Pico de Gallo (link to recipe below)

Place fillets on a plate and drizzle with the Dill Olive Oil and Lemon White Balsamic. Sprinkle with Gourmet Inspiration Land and Sea Rub. BBQ until fish flakes easily. Serve in tortillas and top with Watermelon Pico de Gallo and Aji Verde Sauce.
