Squash with Apples & Walnuts

2 lbs. squash, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/2 lb. green apples, diced into 1/4-inch cubes
3 Tbsp. Roasted Walnut Oil
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon Sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. white pepper
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Maple Balsamic

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place the squash and apples in a bowl and coat with the Roasted Walnut Oil. In a separate bowl mix cinnamon sugar, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour spices over the squash mix and mix together thoroughly. Place all ingredients on a sheet tray. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and bake for 20 minutes or until squash is just fork tender. Right before serving, drizzle with Maple Balsamic.
