Prairie "Ranch" Dressing (Dairy Free)

Ingredients:
1 egg (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. Moscatel Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)
2/3 c. Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. coconut milk
 
Mix altogether and let sit for 1 hour for flavors to blend.
