No-Butter Snickerdoodle Cookies

1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. Sweet Butter Olive Oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. Maple Balsamic
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

For Sugar Coating:
2 Tbsp. Salt West Salted Caramel Chocolate Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the oil, sugar, egg and Maple Balsamic until smooth. Add the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon on top, then mix everything together to form a thick dough. Gently roll our the dough and cut into strips and sprinkle with the Salted Caramel Chocolate Sea Salt. Place cookies a few inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly brown on the bottom. Do not over bake.
