16 oz. frozen cocktail meatballs
2 c. pizza sauce
8 sourdough bread slices
3 Tbsp. House Blend Olive Oil
2 tsp. Prairie Oils Roasted Garlic Spice Blend
1 c. marinated sun-dried tomato slices
1 c. fresh mini mozzarella
1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
2 Tbsp. Traditional Balsamic
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, set aside. Place cocktail meatballs and pizza sauce in a large pot, stir to combine and bring to a low simmer over med-low heat. Cook for 15 minutes, stir frequently until meatballs are hot. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place bread slices on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Place in the oven and bake for 6 - 8 minutes or until toasted. Remove from the oven and when cool enough to handle, slice into squared.
Skewer tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and meatballs and nest skewers onto the bread slices. Before serving drizzle the skewers with balsamic.
