Grilled Pineapple and Shrimp Skewers

2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1 fresh pineapple, cut into bite sized pieces
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro

2 Tbsp. Pink Grapefruit White Balsamic
1 Tbsp. Fire in the Kitchen Jerk Rub
pinch of Hickory Smoked Black Pepper


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make the skewers. Let sit for 15 minutes, then grill on the BBQ on high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
