Creamy Goat Cheese Pesto

2 c. fresh basil, packed
1/2 c. Garlic Olive Oil
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. fresh Chevre (goat cheese)
1/2 tsp. salt


Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Serve immediately as a dip or spread or over hot pasta.
