corn cobs, husked
Applewood Smoked Sea Salt to taste
Husk corn and soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Remove corn from water and pat dry.
Mix together equal parts Bourbon Maple Balsamic and Butter Olive Oil. Brush corn on the cob with the balsamic and oil mixture. Sprinkle with Veggie Blaze Spice Rub.
Place on top rack of barbecue for about 15 minutes at about 375F. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Applewood Smoked Sea Salt before serving.
