Classic Bread Dipper

1/2 c. Mild or Medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or try the highly recommended Tuscan Herb Olive Oil)
2 Tbsp. Traditional Balsamic
1/2 Tbsp. Prairie Oils Sicilian Spices Spice Blend
2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, minced
1/4 c. roasted cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan or pecorino cheese
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
ciabatta, sourdough, focaccia or baguette, (toasted or warmed and sliced)

Drizzle the EVOO and Traditional Balsamic on a plate or flat bottomed bowl. Sprinkle the entire dish with Sicilian Spices, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, basil, parmesan and garlic. Serve with toasted bread for dipping, scooping or sopping.
