Carrot Apple Salad

lb. carrots, peeled, shredded
1 green apple, peeled, shredded
1/2 c. raisins, optional
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp. Maple Balsamic*
Tbsp. honey, optional
salt and pepper to taste

Toss carrots with apple, raisins and onions in large bowl; set aside.

Shake remaining ingredients in jar or salad dressing bottle until well blended. Add to carrot mixture; toss to coat. Cover.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.

*Also try this salad with other flavours to make it more fun and interesting!
