Sometimes these diet plans succeed, and sometimes not. If you are on a restriction diet as part of your health strategy, eliminating certain foods due to diagnosed allergies or to more accurately pinpoint foods that cause physical distress, you certainly must maintain strict adherence to your approved foods lists to achieve the intended success.
