Marella pasta is always a true art form! Sombreroni pasta is organic, colourful noodles shaped into "hats".
Marella pasta is imported from Spain where they use traditional artisan methods and premium local wheat blends. The unique pasta noodles are created using bronze die extrusion and slow air drying methods to produce an extraordinary, award-winning pasta.
Staff tested and approved! These noodles are best cooked "al dente", then stuffed with your favourite filling before plating. Think ricotta and oregano, seasoned pumpkin or squash, garlic fried mushrooms or chicken pieces. These hat-shaped noodles are very impressive on the plate, nice and filling, and SO tasty!
