April 9 Bev's Traditional Easter Dinner
Pull up a chair to Bev's Easter Dinner table! Chef Peter Fehr from Gourmet Inspirations will help recreate some of Bev's favourite recipes from Easter family gatherings over the years. These are traditional recipes - with a twist! We're thinking glazed ham, fried potatoes, pluma moos (aka Bing Cherry mousse), broccoli salad, and tapioca pudding. Are you hungry?
In the style of a cooking demonstration, you get to watch a professional Chef (or guest chef!) prepare approximately five recipes--and then you get to taste them!
All classes start at 7:00 p.m. Cost is $25, and you receive a 20% discount on all oils and vinegars purchased that night, size 200mL and up.
