Oil & Vinegar Pairings

Pairing oils and vinegars is a process of mixing an oil with a vinegar that complement each other for a salad, marinade, bread dipper and sauces (sweet or savory). Here is our list of pairings suggestions as compiled by the staff of Prairie Oils & Vinegars!

We have experimented a lot and have found many combinations that work well together, but we also love to get ideas from our customers! So we also invite you to come in and taste these suggested pairings for yourself, or experiment with your own flavour combinations and then let us know which are your favourites!
