Introducing, Denissimo Balsamico, a connoisseur’s balsamic! The extended aging technique in the production of this limited reserve, decadent vinegar, make it a rare and treasured pantry delight.
Veronica Foods has produced a small amount of this ultra rich finishing and drizzling condiment, so it is only available in limited quantities per store. Released on a first come first served basis, it is a speciality artisan product that takes a really, really long time to produce. We are so pleased to have been able to sample and secure a small supply!
Our Ultra Premium Denissimo Balsamico from Modena, Italy is made from White Trebbiano grape must which is naturally caramelized and extensively cooked to reduce water content. Aged EVEN longer than our 18 year aged Traditional Balsamic aged, it is transferred in stages through five different wood casks including, mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry hardwoods. The process results in an exquisite and rare 1.36 density when lab tested, which is two times as thick as our Traditional Balsamic.
The Denissimo Balsamico flavour is extremely complex, boasting showy notes of cherry wood, dried fruits (raisins, figs), along with hints of dark chocolate and malt. Stunning!

Pre-bottled and sealed with a ribbon along with our waxed aluminum cover, the Denissimo Balsamico comes in a custom 100mL size and is priced at only $20 per bottle.
