This early harvest, green oil from Italy is very fresh with mostly green fruit flavours with some ripe nuttiness like green almonds. It has herbaceous flavors of fresh cut grass, artichoke, green tea, mint, nettle, tomato leaf, cinnamon, and black pepper. It is robust and well balanced. Unlike most extra virgin olive oils, Denocciolato oil is made by removing olive pits before the press.
