This is an exciting, rare oil from an uncommon Spanish variety that is unsurpassed in quality. It is quite robust with strong pungency, but without much bitterness. Strong fruitiness with perfect balance, it has a fantastic, floral aroma that delivers in flavour. Spicy! The strong green apple and black pepper flavours highlight a complexity of various green characteristics.
