Winkler Chef Johnathon Fedack joins us to help present recipes from the Spain Oil & Vinegars Lovers Cookbook.
Featuring delicious appetizers and tapas-style dishes, this class is sure to delight while showcasing the scope of recipes you can create when using only four select flavours of oils and vinegars:
- Rosemary Olive Oil
- Pinot Nero (or Bianco) White Balsamic
- and Pink Grapefruit White Balsamic
In the style of a cooking demonstration, you get to watch a Red Seal Chef (or guest chef!) prepare approximately five recipes--and then you get to taste them!
All classes start at 7:00 p.m. Cost is $25, and you receive a 20% discount on all oils and vinegars purchased that night, size 200mL and up.
