*Attn. this is a REPEAT of Nature's Pasta class from March 2018. Back by popular demand -- because we had much more interest in this class than we were able to accommodate in spring -- Herman Grauer from Nature's Pasta joins us to repeat his engaging class on pasta recipes featuring oils and vinegars.
Creators of the Nature's Pasta product line, Nature's Farm was founded as a ‘designer-egg’ whole seller. They introduced Nature’s Pasta as an upscale, gourmet product that represents a natural progression of an old family tradition and has set new standards in taste, texture, and quality.
Their all-natural pasta products have met with enthusiastic response from professional chefs, food critics, and gourmets. Nature’s Pasta has been featured at numerous food shows by award-winning chefs, and today our products appear on the menus of some of the finest restaurants in Canada and the U.S.
We are so excited to host a representative from Nature's Pasta as they showcase some of their amazing pastas, and how our oils and vinegars complement them so perfectly.
In the style of a cooking demonstration, you get to watch a Red Seal Chef (or guest chef!) prepare approximately five recipes--and then you get to taste them!
All classes start at 7:00 p.m. Cost is $25, and you receive a 20% discount on all oils and vinegars purchased that night, size 200mL and up.
