We'll sample traditional Syrian style cooking, with recipes from our Syria cookbook, the third cookbook in the Olive Oil and Vinegar Lovers cookbook series.
With recipes like Stuffed Meatballs, Tahini Garlic Sauce, Flatbread and exotic Cardamom Coffee! Syrian food is an accessible, diverse cuisine that is warm and delightful - book a space for you and a friend today! Chef Peter will put his own spin on these loved recipes, while incorporating the four featured flavours:
- Lime Olive Oil
- Harissa Olive Oil
- Pomegranate Balsamic
- Mango White Balsamic
In the style of a cooking demonstration, you get to watch a Red Seal Chef (or guest chef!) prepare approximately five recipes--and then you get to taste them!
All classes start at 7:00 p.m. Cost is $25, and you receive a 20% discount on all oils and vinegars purchased that night, size 200mL and up.
