Honey Bell Feta Salad

6 c. mixed lettuces
1 tangerine, peeled and diced
½ c. blueberries
½ c. crumbled feta cheese
4 Tbsp. Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Honey Bell White Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of fresh black pepper


Combine the lettuces, diced tangerine, blueberries and cheese in a serving bowl. In a small jar, combine remaining ingredients, and shake well to emulsify the dressing. Drizzle dressing over the salad, and serve. Serves 6 side salad portions
