Quinoa Burger Patties

Ingredients:1/2 c. quinoa, uncookedscant 1 c. water (less 2 Tbsp.)1/4 tsp. salt4 Tbsp. quick-cooking oats6 Tbsp. boiling water2 Tbsp. Pineapple White Balsamic2 Tbsp. Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil1/4 tsp.  Merlot Sea Salt3 Tbsp. Metropolitan Chef Steak and Rib Rub3 Tbsp. parsley or chives, chopped Instructions: Thoroughly rinse the raw quinoa (unless the package it comes in indicates it's rinsed).
