Recipes — Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:1/2 c. Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar1 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 tsp. vanilla Instructions: Pour strawberry balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over med. heat. Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes till reduced to half. Let cool. Mix honey, lemon juice and vanilla then whisk warm strawberry balsamic vinegar into mixture. Serve over pound cake or other desserts.

Ingredients:1 (8-ounce) wedge Brie cheese, sliced2 pints strawberries, washed, stemmed, and sliced1/4 c. Strawberry Balsamic12 slices French bread1/4 c. Butter Olive Oil Instructions: Spread the French bread with the butter oil and lightly toast. Remove from toaster and arrange cheese slices on the bread. Return to toaster oven. When the cheese is melted, remove from toaster oven and arrange strawberry slices on the cheese. Drizzle each piece with the Strawberry Balsamic and serve immediately.
