Ingredients:3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed1 lime, juiced1 tsp. salt1/2 c. onion, diced3 Tbsp. Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced1 tsp. garlic, minced Instructions: In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
