Raspberry and Cream Chocolate Pasta

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Nature's Pasta Raspberry Fettucini
Vanilla Sauce:

3 Tbsp. Butter Olive Oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Raspberry Sauce:
1/2 pint fresh raspberries
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
For garnish:
fresh raspberries, shaved chocolate, sliced almonds

Instructions:
Vanilla Sauce directions:
Add the first 4 ingredients to a small saucepan, simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Cool 20-30 min. It will thicken as it cools.
Raspberry Sauce directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat to a simmer. Turn off heat and strain sauce to remove seeds.
Assembly:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drizzle raspberry sauce onto plate and top with warm pasta. Pour vanilla sauce over the noodles, garnish with raspberries, chocolate, and/or almonds.
