1 c. quinoa, cooked
1 c. fresh strawberries, halved, whole or chopped
1/2 c. blueberries
3/4 c. blackberries
3/4 c. raspberries
1 c. mandarin orange segments
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
4 c. plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 c. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Mild EVOO
mint sprigs for garnish
Divide the quinoa and all the fruit and yogurt between the serving bowls. Drizzle with balsamic, EVOO and honey. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
