French Bread Supper

1 loaf French Bread
3 to 4 Tbsp. Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey breast
1/2 c. bread crumbs (or Panko)
1 egg
1 Tbsp. diced sweet onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese (or a mixture of both)
1/2 c. Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 c. Ketchup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the French Bread loaf in half lengthwise. With the sliced side up, cover the bottom and sides with foil. Drizzle the cut sides of the bread with the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread on the bread. Place on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until brown.
